My Secret Weapon for Nasal Breathing...

Copy of turbine.png

Nasal breathing has been on my mind since attending the Postural Restoration Institute respiration course. In the course, it highlighted the benefits of nasal breathing including: detoxification, adding vasodilators to the air, and warming and moistening inhaled air. My challenge with nasal breathing has been that my nasal airways collapse when my rate and volume of respiration due to a deviated septum. I reviewed a new product last month called the Rhinomed Mute Nasal Dilator that is designed to improve sleep quality by opening the nasal passages. Rhinomed has now come out with a sport version called the Turbine. In the video below, I give my honest review of this new product!

Welcome back!

If you are like me, you have a hard time breathing through your nose. I have a deviated septum, and when I am breathing heavily in workouts, my left nostril completely collapses. Physical therapy guru Zac Cupples did a review on the Rhinomed Mute Nasal Dilator, and I had to give it a try myself to see if it works. I am absolutely blown away, and when I used it in my hard aerobic workout, I felt superhuman. If you struggle with nasal collapse during workouts, sleeping, or sitting at your desk, this product is 100% worth the price! Click the video below to learn more!
